Sadaaki Nakaue
Born in Nara in 1968. After graduating from junior high school, he entered the culinary world and honed his skills primarily in the Kansai region. At the age of 22, he traveled to Australia on his own. Upon returning to Japan, he worked at a *kappo* restaurant before becoming the head chef at Roan Nukumi. He places great importance on serving guests with heart.
